Rose Florence Brady
(Pond), 88, of Bloomingrove Drive, formerly of Valley Falls, entered
into her heavenly rest on Saturday August 2nd
at St. Mary’s Hospital in Troy after a brief illness.
She was born in Chateaugay NY on
February 25, 1920 to Alexander & Lillian Pond. She was married to
Francis Brady until his death in 1950.
She
enjoyed spending her time with friends and family. Her favorite
pastimes were drawing, cooking and knitting.
She is
survived by son James Brady of Valley Falls, son Francis Brady and
his wife Peggy (Margaret) Brady of Waterford; daughter in law Louise
Brooks of Carrollton, Georgia; eight Grand- & ten
Great-Grand-Grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A mass of Christian burial
will be celebrated Thursday August 7th
at 12 Noon at Holy Trinity Church,
Main Street Schaghticoke with the Rev. George
Fleming, Officiating.
